Standard Delivery: 10% of your order value
This cost applies to all orders, worldwide.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

UK: 5-7 working days
Europe: 10-14 working days
Outside Europe: Within 28 working days, depending on location

All items destined for the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail or DPD.
Outside the UK, all orders are dispatched by courier.
Delivery times to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses are dependant on BFPO schedules.

Returns

Whilst we hope to provide a perfect service, problems do happen on occasion. If you receive incorrect, unsuitable or faulty goods, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, explaining the problem, and we will advise you on the best course of action.
